This charismatic home sleeps up to eight, with dining and lounging space for plenty. Each of the three bedrooms offers space for two guests, complete with reading nook, smart tv, closet, and dresser for ample storage. The kitchen is well-stocked and the dining room can seat eight–perfect for a large family. There’s even a full-size washer and dryer in the mudroom leading to the backyard, where kids and pets can shake off before entering.
Indulge in the Old Florida ambiance as you sip wine and stargaze in the spacious backyard and patio area. Enjoy the fire pit, grill, and al fresco dining space under live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss.

I’m what you call picky and I’ve never left a five-star review until now. But this place deserves it. It was perfect. It is nice and clean. It is also beautifully decorated. It has all of the modern amenities and appliances you’d hope for. It is comfortable, from the mattress firmness to the quality of the sheets. Four standard pillows per bed. Lots of outlets for chargers. Easy to use smart TVs, WiFi, record player, and Alexa. Big backyard for the dogs and big driveway for our large vehicles.
Communication was great. Host was quick to respond and accommodating to my last-minute reservation change.
Location was ideal. Close to everything, but in a quiet neighborhood, steps away from a great little local restaurant. Check-out was at 11, an hour later than many rentals I’ve stayed at. I appreciate that. I hope to stay here again in the future because it’s perfect. Bravo!

Get to Know The Area
The Oyster Creek District of St. Augustine is Old Florida at its finest. Saltwater marshes, dotted with live oaks, attract local wildlife like heron and egret. The neighborhood is somewhat walkable–depending on your level of physical ability–to the nearby historic district (or a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride). The St. Augustine Shipyard Area is close by, with upscale dining at St. Augustine Fish House and Oyster Company. Adjacent is the up-and-coming West King Street District, home to trendy spots like Buena Onda Cafe, Bog Brewery, and Paper Root boutique.
