Mr. Green–a charismatic bungalow in the nation’s oldest city– is packed with personality and waiting to be your next home away from home. The emerald hue that lends this cottage its name–set off by the rich hardwood floors–makes it hard not to chill out. Gilt-framed floral artwork harmonizes with an antler chandelier and stately leather chairs. Bold graphic wallpaper and a pink sofa provide whimsy.
This charismatic home sleeps up to eight, with dining and lounging space for plenty. Each of the three bedrooms offers space for two guests, complete with reading nook, smart tv, closet, and dresser for ample storage. The kitchen is well-stocked and the dining room can seat eight–perfect for a large family. There’s even a full-size washer and dryer in the mudroom leading to the backyard, where kids and pets can shake off before entering.
Indulge in the Old Florida ambiance as you sip wine and stargaze in the spacious backyard and patio area. Enjoy the chiminea, propane fire pit, grill, and al fresco dining space under live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss.

The Space
Single-level home with three bedrooms, each offering space for two with a full or queen size bed, reading nook and closet/dresser. Two full bathrooms, each with bathtub/shower combos.
Fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room with seating for eight and spacious living area (with king-size-pull-out couch) and office nook. Full-size washer and dryer in the mudroom leading to the backyard entertainment area.
Outdoor space has a seating area, fire pit, grill, and fully fenced-in yard for dogs to roam safely. Off-street parking for three vehicles and plenty of free on-street parking.

Get to Know The Area
The Oyster Creek District of St. Augustine is Old Florida at its finest. Saltwater marshes, dotted with live oaks, attract local wildlife like heron and egret. The neighborhood is somewhat walkable–depending on your level of physical ability–to the nearby historic district (or a 5 minute Uber or Lyft ride). The St. Augustine Shipyard Area is close by, with casual waterfront dining at Otter’s on the Water or the more upscale St. Augustine Fish House and Oyster Company. Adjacent is the up-and-coming West King Street District, home to trendy spots like Buena Onda Cafe, Bog Brewery, and Paper Root boutique.
