The Space
First and second-floor entries. First floor has three and a half bedrooms and full bathroom with a shower. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bunk space with optional privacy doors to close off the space. Bedroom two has ocean views and contains a king bed and folding sofa bed. Bedroom three at the front of the house contains a queen bed.
Second floor includes the kitchen, two dining areas, full bath, a queen bedroom, and two living areas–one with large sliding doors to the ocean-facing deck.
Outside is parking for up to six vehicles, backyard area with fire pit and private beach access, storage shed, and heated outdoor shower.

Get To Know The Area
Just north of the St. Augustine historic district, sleepy and quaint Vilano Beach beckons with its golden coquina sand and sparkling waves. Take an evening stroll to one of the locally-owned restaurants and bars to sip a cocktail and watch a spectacular sunset over the bay. Bike, hike, kayak, and paddleboard in the refreshing Atlantic waters, or take a solo swim after a peaceful meditation on the beach. Fall in love with this little coastal haven just like we have.
