Located about one mile from St. Augustine’s Old City, The Nest offers a quiet place to unwind after a day exploring historic streets, galleries, cafés, and restaurants—close enough to enjoy it all, far enough to relax.
The Space
Located about one mile from St. Augustine’s Old City this apartment is a private 1-bedroom, 1-bath front unit within a full home that also includes a separate long-term resident in the rear portion of the property. There are no shared spaces—the apartment has its own private entrance, front porch with a swing, and fully self-contained interior, offering a completely independent and private stay.
The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, and the living area includes a sofa that can accommodate a third guest, making the space suitable for up to three people. Guests are provided with fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request for those traveling with little ones.
